  They had to time to service customers due to employee pow wow behind the counter. When asking a question employees didn't have the experience or knowledge on how the products actually work. I came back and explained how the product was less than effient and the employee and manager said it wasn't the product...it was me. Little did they know I have 25 YRS experience in the trade with a qualified journey man's ticket for the last 23 YRS. This business has gone down hill in the past few YRS since it became rondex.
